The victim was identified by the police as Arjun, a resident of Mohali’s Village Jhampur. Arjun and his friend were riding their bikes in Industrial Area Phase-1 when they were struck by a speeding tractor.
While his companion was just slightly hurt, Arjun was seriously hurt. Onlookers gathered there and alerted the authorities.
